Carter Rosier awarded Lumsden Valrance Scholarship
EES Senior, Carter Rosier awarded the NatSci Lumsden Valrance Scholarship!
The Lumsden-Valrance Scholarship was funded by James and Jean Valrance (pictured), both MSU alumni from the class of 1944. James graduated with a BA in Chemistry while Jean held a degree from the College of Arts and Letters. They both were interested in supporting students via scholarship funds. The Lumsden-Valrance Scholarship is intended to encourage students who demonstrated the capacity to achieve educational and professional goals, the motivation to achieve these goals and the initiative to seek opportunities to further their progress.
