Dr. Craig Manning presents "What's So Super About Supercritical Fluids?"
This week Dr. Craig Manning of UCLA will present "What's So Super About Super About Fluids? Experimental insights into Earth's magmas, fluids and what lies between." This speech will highlight experimental results on H2O and silicate magmas that are providing new insights into the workings and importance of these novel fluids. Dr. Manning is Vice-Chairman of the Department of Earth & Space Sciences at University of California, Los Angeles. This seminar takes place on Friday, January 20, 2017 from 12:30 to 1:30 pm in Room 204, Natural Science Buidling on the East Lansing Campus.
